Clients receive appointment reminders that they must confirm, which helps eliminate no-shows. Best of all, everything is backed up in the cloud, so there’s no more panic over lost paper books or phones. Clients are also capable of requesting an appointment through the in-app messaging feature.


In-App Messaging
Our in-app text messaging completely separates personal, native texts from professional ones. When beauty professionals and their clients download the app, they can toggle between a text message and their books for instant appointments. They can also send their clients notifications, share style photos and even review client histories, which the app collects separately.
