These SMS Terms apply to SMS/MMS messages sent by Salon Suite Solutions LLC and/or affiliated salon suite locations that use our platform.
1. SMS Program Description
We may send SMS and MMS messages related to:

Account notifications
Maintenance and facility updates
Rent reminders and payment notifications
Late payment notices
Message frequency varies depending on user interaction and account activity.
2. How We Obtain Consent
End users opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages by submitting a web form and checking a required, non-prechecked consent checkbox that clearly discloses the user is agreeing to receive SMS/MMS messages from Salon Suite Solutions LLC and/or an affiliated salon suite location.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We maintain records of opt-in consent (which may include date/time of submission and other available metadata) consistent with applicable requirements.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Revoking Consent
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. Revoking consent will prevent further SMS/MMS messages unless you opt in again.
9. Supported Carriers / Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and may be affected by your device, plan, coverage, or other factors outside of our control.
